Webb and Amanda were the first ones to our home after the hail storm in Chenoa. They did a full inspection and did not pressure us at all. They provided all detailed information, walked us through the claims process and even hung out during the full roof replacement to make sure everything went smoothly. I recently had my soffits repaired by Nailed It Home Solutions and was very happy with the work they did for me. Webb was very responsive when asked for a quote and once I decided to move forward, they quickly scheduled the work and it turned out great! Webb communicated with me during the process and when we ran into an unexpected issue, was able to quickly work around the problem. Having owned rental properties… I have dealt with many contractors/roofers over the years. Nailed It Home Solutions by far (not even close) was superior to any I have worked with in the past. Nailed it came out to do a small siding repair job and put a railing on my back steps. Webb assured me they could handle and they did. They had to special order parts for the railing on the steps which set the timeline back but was unavoidable to get the job done right. Amanda did a good job in keeping me posted and Webb was there to make sure it was right and that I was happy. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

I live in Athens IL, I gave them a call told Webb what was going on, with my Roof he set appointment for looking at it, then we talk about what needs to be done. After the meeting Amanda and webb was very much helpful with communicating before the roof got done and even after. Also the men who was working on my Roof, Give them the most respect, because it's a hard job even in the heat and after they were done, they cleaned up there mess very well.
